Responsibilities

The Facilities Technician Specialist will be assigned a group of clinic locations to oversee and conduct preventative and reactionary maintenance.  

Essential Functions:

  • Conducts audit visits to all locations assigned to on a set schedule, determined by the Facilities Manager.
  • Oversees the appearance of each location to ensure a positive patient and employee experience, including touch up paint, ceiling tile replacement, light bulb replacement, etc.
  • Reviews and dispatch all service calls for the clinics assigned through the Fast Pace Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Manages relationship with outsourced maintenance vendors loaded into CMMS in designated region.
  • Reviews work order and proposal submissions by outsource vendors and escalate approvals when necessary.
  • Follow-up on all reported maintenance issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Audits work completed by outsourced vendors on an as needed basis.
  • Works with other Facility Technician Specialists on ad hoc projects.
  • Assists training of Facility Technician Specialists.
  • Conducts troubleshooting with Facility Technician Specialists.
  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees.
  • The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
  • The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
  • Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Experience:                At least three year(s) of general facilities/maintenance repair experience

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
