The Supervising Physician is responsible for maintaining an open channel of communication and mentorship to providers that they supervise. Specifically, the Supervising Physician will provider constructive feedback to providers regarding their practice habits based on evidence-based guidelines, support and recommend process improvements and be responsible for review of documentation. The individual will serve as a key liaison with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO)and Office of medical affairs (OMA) regarding the initiatives set forth by the company.
Candidates must reside and be licensed to practice in the state of Alabama for consideration.
