Responsibilities

The Clinic Manager is responsible for all clinic operations, workforce management, and clinic performance. The Clinic Manager ensures that all team members offer excellent and responsive patient centered care. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the clinic(s), and must adhere to budgets and operational plan.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
  •  Motivates self and overall team and supports supervisors within team to create a positive, productive and efficient work environment supportive of our values while meeting and
    exceeding our company goals.
  • Leads by example, within team and as a result overall staff in attitude and work performance that represents our values.
  •  Recognizes strong individual and team performance in support of our values and company goals.
  • Interviews and selects candidates for positions that report to the Clinic Manager as necessary.
  • Responsible for overseeing training for positions that report to the Clinic Manager and
    supporting training and coaching for those that report within the team.
  • Responsible for overseeing performance and any related counseling of positions that report to
    the Clinic Manager, up to and including recommendation for termination of employment.
  •  Responsible for employees adhering to Standards of Operation, Core Values, and all other company policies.
  •  Responsible for overseeing annual review process for positions that report to the Clinic Manager.
  • The ability to provide training to positions that report to the Clinic Manager on Company Standards of operations.
  •  The ability to provide ongoing monitoring of standards by conducting standards testing on positions that report to the Clinic Manager.
  •  The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
  • The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all clients and employees.
  •  The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
  •  Ability to comply with Company Standards of Operations.
  •  Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Responds to all clinical complaints.
  •  Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationship with Supervising Physician.
  •  Responsible for recognizing performance in support of values and excellent patient care
  •  Communicates, collaborates and coordinates with Regional Director to ensure company values, mission, philosophy and procedures are embraced.
  •  Analyzes patient satisfaction survey feedback to understand how to improve services, providing solutions to improve services and care.
  • Monitor completion of required training classes for clinic staff (Core Content, CME, DOT, CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS).
  • Ensures compliance with Federal, State and internal compliance programs
  • Manages clinic services and resources to meet operation and financial objectives.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic to include scheduling, staffing, training and other administrative duties involving staff
  •  Responsible for clinic metrics as determined by Operations to include clinical quality, patient satisfaction and visits, etc. 3 OF 5
  • Create and manage the schedule of the clinic, approve timesheets and PTO maintaining appropriate coverage levels.
  • Authorizes all clinic purchase.
  • Responsible for weekly bank deposits.
  • Actively involved in events that support the local communities.
  • Plans and conducts monthly clinic meeting communicating with staff consistently.
  • Coordinates annual team building and patient appreciation events.

Non-Essential Functions:

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Education:                

                                      Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Healthcare
Management 

 

 

              AND

 

 Experience:   

                                     

At least four years of management and administration experience OR:

• At least four years of HealthCare experience (field)
• At least four years of Business / Administration experience (management)

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

License Requirements:
