Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating patient volume and referral growth across Fast Pace Health’s Ancillary Services—Orthopedics, Dermatology, Primary Care, and Pediatrics—by executing external sales strategies throughout an assigned region. This role targets high-value partnerships with employers, hospitals, provider groups, school systems, municipalities, and other community stakeholders. It combines field sales, relationship management, and pipeline development. The role is metrics-driven, field-based, and aligned to the overarching revenue goals of the Ancillary Services Division.

 

Essential Functions: 

  1. Execute outbound sales strategy to grow Fast Pace Health’s Ancillary Services through referrals and strategic partnerships. 
  2. Identify, pursue, and close leads with employers, provider groups, third-party administrators, hospital systems, colleges, school districts, and municipal organizations. 
  3. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders through in-person visits, calls, and virtual meetings. 
  4. Evaluate and understand the specific healthcare needs of each partner to position Fast Pace solutions with a value-based and consultative approach. 
  5. Participate in strategic planning with the Director of Employer Services to shape territory-specific objectives and key results (OKRs). 
  6. Manage and update a clean CRM (Hubspot) pipeline and provide regular reporting on leads, conversion rates, and forecasted patient volume. 
  7. Facilitate meetings using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or in person, with internal and external stakeholders to drive service awareness and alignment. 
  8. Coordinate with internal operations, clinic managers, and provider teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner satisfaction. 
  9. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service delivery issues with a solution-focused mindset. 
  10. Monitor key accounts post-engagement to ensure service quality and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. 
  11. Participate in weekly Employer Services team calls with pre-set agendas and action tracking. 
  12. Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner that shows tact and professionalism  
  13. Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions 
  14. Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify gaps and adjust strategies. 
  15. High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. 
  16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  17. Understanding of HIPAA compliance and the importance of protecting PHI/PII. 
  18. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training. 
  19. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers. 
  20. The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands. 
  21. Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Education:                   

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field. 

 

 Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in healthcare services, employer-based health, diagnostics, or ancillary care.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Its Equivalent
